Introduction

 

Greetings to you all.  We trust that you had a good winter.  Now with the warm spring we are sure everyone’s thoughts are turning to the open barrens.

 

We are sure that all members would like to know how President, Wally Sainsbury, is doing.  He has returned home from his holiday in the United States.  HE had an enjoyable time with his wife Marilyn and close friends Harry and Flo Downey.  Speaking to Wally and Marilyn we can report that he would certainly like to be feeling better, but under the circumstances doing all right.

 

The Society Annual General Meeting and Dinner will be held this year as follows:

 

Date: May 4, 2000

Location: All Saints Parish Hall, Foxtrap

(Note: We have held our AGM at this location in the past).

Dinner Cost: $15.00/ticket includes one (1) alcoholic beverage

Guest Speaker: Mr. Wheldon (Buck) Orser

Chief Firearms Officer, Justice Canada

 

We certainly expect that we would have our usual large turn out for this important meeting.  We would hope, as well, that there would be a goos representation from the Provincial Wildlife Service.  Tickets will be available from various executive members.
